How do I apply for a degree program?
To apply, please visit our official admissions page: https://ebulux.lu/partner-universities-degree-programs/
Click “Apply Now” and complete the online form. Indicate the program you wish to pursue — Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Science in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (MS DSAI) — and upload the required documents:
Valid ID or passport ->Updated CV ->Letter of motivation ->Academic transcripts and/or certificates
The application includes a non-refundable €35 processing fee.
At the end of the form, you will have the option to pay a €200 refundable deposit towards your program fees. If you later withdraw your application, this amount will be refunded.
I’ve completed the application form and paid the fee. What happens next?
Once your application is submitted, the Admissions Team will review it. Within 3–4 business days, you’ll receive an offer letter and a scholarship award decision by email. Please check your inbox and spam folder regularly during this time.
How do I pay my course fees?
In your offer letter, you will find a secure payment link that directs you to our official payment platform.
All payments must be made through this link — EBU never requests payments via third-party or personal accounts.
I’ve received my offer letter. How do I accept the offer?
To accept your offer, simply click the acceptance link included in your offer letter. This will confirm your place in the program.
Why do I need to pay fees if I’ve received a scholarship?
EBU scholarships cover a significant portion of tuition fees, ensuring affordability for all students. However, students remain responsible for administrative, assessment, and platform maintenance fees.

Can I pay my fees in instalments?
Yes. EBU offers flexible payment plans that allow students to pay in two, three, or four monthly instalments, subject to a small administrative fee.
All payments must be completed within six months or two academic semesters.

Why is there a commitment fee for certificate courses?
The commitment fee ensures serious participation and helps maintain high-quality engagement during live webinars. It covers part of the administrative and instructional costs and allows EBU to reserve limited spots for active learners.
How do I apply for a certificate (short) course?

Click “Enrol Now” next to your chosen course.
If you are enrolling through a partner organization, request their unique scholarship code before registration.
If you are applying independently, use the provided form to request a code.
Are all programs fully online?
Yes. All EBU programs — both degree and certificate — are fully online to ensure global accessibility.
However, students are invited to attend Campus Week events at our scenic campus in Wiltz, Luxembourg, where workshops, networking sessions, and award ceremonies take place.
Does EBU provide assistance with study visas?
EBU does not assist with visa applications, as our programs are online.
If you are enrolled in a degree program, we can issue an official enrollment confirmation letter, but it is not valid for visa or immigration purposes.
What is Orientation Week?
Orientation Week is held before classes officially start. During this time, students receive platform training, meet instructors, and join networking sessions. Attendance is highly recommended to ensure a smooth start.
What are the technical requirements for studying online?
You will need:
A computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access
A stable connection (minimum 5 Mbps recommended)
Access to Zoom and the EBU Connect Learning Platform
Your login credentials for the platform will be provided once your enrollment is finalized.
Are Can I transfer credits from another institution?all programs fully online?
Yes, EBU accepts transfer credits from accredited institutions after a formal evaluation. You will need to submit your official transcripts and course outlines to admissions@ebulux.lu
What is the language of instruction?
All EBU programs are delivered in English. Students are expected to have a minimum B2 level proficiency in English to participate successfully.
Are EBU degrees accredited?
Yes. EBU is a recognized higher education institution in Luxembourg, and its programs are accredited and delivered in partnership with international universities and professional bodies. Details are available on: https://ebulux.lu/ebu-accreditation/
Can I receive my diploma physically?
Upon successful completion of your degree, you will receive a digital degree, which is secured in the blockchain with a specific QR code. If you wish to receive a physical copy of your certificate, you can request this through our partner university EU Global, and courier fees of €75 will apply. If you complete a certificate course with us, your certificate will be issued digitally, secured in the blockchain. No physical copies are issued for certificate courses.
Can I work while studying?
Yes. Since all programs are online, students can study flexibly alongside professional or personal commitments.
