Necessary Agreement: The European Business Institute of Luxembourg, Asbl F-12694 (hereinafter referred to as “EBU”) hereby notifies all applicants and students that degrees for programs offered in partnership with other institutions will be issued solely by the respective partner institution to which the student has been admitted. EBU does not issue degrees, transcripts, or any related academic documentation. By applying to or enrolling in any degree program associated with EBU, applicants and students acknowledge and agree that all matters related to the issuance of degrees, transcripts, or other academic records are the exclusive responsibility of the partner institution where they are registered as a degree candidate. EBU is not responsible for and disclaims any and all liability for claims related to the issuance, accuracy, or recognition of such documentation. Any inquiries, petitions, or disputes regarding the degree, transcripts, or related documentation must be directed solely to the partner institution. By proceeding with their application or enrollment, students explicitly agree to these terms and waive any right to hold EBU accountable for the issuance or content of any academic documentation provided by the partner institution.

Necessary Agreement:
I understand and accept the terms that govern the admissions procedure and participation in any program at the European Business Institute of Luxembourg, Asbl F-12694 (hereinafter referred to as “EBU”) and Partner Programmes administered by (EBU), based in Luxembourg, which has issued those terms governed by Luxembourg Law. I certify that the information I have provided in the application is complete and accurate and that the content of my application essay is my sole and original work. In case of withdrawal, the candidate will not be refunded any fees already paid as per the EBU Payment Terms and Conditions. My acceptance of this certification indicates that all the information contained in my application is complete, factually correct, and honestly presented.

Necessary Agreement: I hereby give consent that all the entities of the European Business Institute of Luxembourg, Asbl F-12694 (hereinafter referred to as “EBU”) may contact me by telephone, e-mail or mail to answer my questions formulated through the website form. I am aware that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time with effect for the future, by e-mail to the Student Services Office via the Contact Form. We inform you, that the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Controller: EBU informs you that the information you provide us will be treated by EBU as the controller of this website. Purpose: The purpose for the collection and treatment of personal data is the management of the application and the information request. Legitimacy: The consent of the interested subject. Destiny: As a user and interested subject we inform you that the data you provide us will be located at the cloud servers provided as a service to EBU. At EBU we use a cloud computing service. Through it the personal data will also be transferred to the cloud computing managed by providers. Therefore, data will be kept no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes of this agreement, and once accomplished just the strictly necessary data will still be stored the necessary time to fulfil all the obligations stated by Law. Rights: The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction and portability to the processing of their personal data to via the Contact Form; tech@ebulux.lu or you can make a request before a control authority.
