By applying to or enrolling in any degree program associated with EBU, applicants and students acknowledge and agree that all matters related to the issuance of degrees, transcripts, or other academic records are the exclusive responsibility of the partner institution where they are registered as a degree candidate. EBU is not responsible for and disclaims any and all liability for claims related to the issuance, accuracy, or recognition of such documentation. Any inquiries, petitions, or disputes regarding the degree, transcripts, or related documentation must be directed solely to the partner institution. By proceeding with their application or enrollment, students explicitly agree to these terms and waive any right to hold EBU accountable for the issuance or content of any academic documentation provided by the partner institution.
