Dionysios Voutos is a results-oriented full-stack developer with a strong background in biomedical informatics, effective communication skills, and fluency in both English and Greek.

He is an experienced mid-level React and Java engineer, skilled in navigating diverse work environments and excelling in time management. His expertise spans full-stack development, machine learning, and data science, with a passion for collaborating on innovative projects.

Currently, Dionysios is a Software Engineer at Eurobank Greece, where he has contributed to the development of the bank’s web application for customer onboarding. He played a key role in developing a sales-promoting feature expected to generate €5 million in profit by 2025 and has been actively involved in the bank’s digital transformation initiatives. His tenure has strengthened his technical, organizational, and business understanding, further enhancing his soft skills.

His previous experience includes roles at Nova Telecommunications & Media S.M.S.A. as a Technical Support Specialist and an internship at Zante Medical Care, where he developed strong communication and teamwork skills.

Dionysios holds a Master of Science in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from the European Business University of Luxembourg. During his studies, he gained hands-on experience in Python, R, and machine learning models. His individual capstone project, “Predictive Analytics for Customer Churn,” leveraged machine learning algorithms to predict customer attrition with 94% accuracy. Additionally, he worked on a team project analyzing brain cancer gene expression datasets, achieving 96% classification accuracy.

He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics from the University of Thessaly, where he extensively used C, Java, Matlab, and R, and engaged in coursework in machine learning, image analysis, and data mining.

Dionysios has developed several personal projects, including a full-stack application that calculates customer churn probability using machine learning, a machine learning application for predicting brain cancer development based on genomic expression data, and a full-stack recipe-sharing application built with React.js and Spring Boot.

His technical skill set includes React, Java, Python, SQL, C/C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Agile methodologies, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Matplotlib. He also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Michigan.
