EBU FACULTY BIO
Nijat Hajikhanov obtained a Master’s degree from Australian National University (Canberra, Australia) in 2016. He is currently a PhD researcher at the University of Luxembourg and working on financial reporting.

Nijat has taught taxation, management accounting, and financial accounting classes at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Azerbaijan Customs Academy, University of Oldenburg (Germany) and ADA University (Azerbaijan).

His research focuses on financial reporting, accounting conservatism, and meta-analyses. He also has experience as a research assistant, finance assistant, and junior and senior economist.
